Intex has launched a new smartphone in its Cloud series, called the Intex Cloud Swift. Under the hood, it is powered by a 64-bit 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6735A processor paired with Mali-T720 GPU and 3GB of RAM. It runs Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system and features a 5-inch HD IPS display with 1280×720 pixels resolution.

There is 16GB of internal memory on board which is expandable up to 128GB via microSD card. The phone sports an 8 mega pixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5 mega pixel front facing camera. Backed up by a 2500mAh battery, it measures 144.5×72.5×8.9 mm and weighs 140 grams.

Intex has launched the upgraded variant of Intex Cloud M6 smartphone which was launched earlier this year in April 2015. The upgraded variant houses 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal memory as compared to 1.35GB of RAM and 8GB internal memory of previous model.
