Microsoft has launched its latest budget 4G smartphone based on Windows Phone 8.1- Nokia Lumia 638 in India. The highlight of this device is that it is the cheapest smartphone enabled with 4G in Indian market as of now. This smartphone is powered by 1.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor coupled with 1 GB of RAM and runs on Windows Phone 8.1 operating system with Lumia Cyan. It features a ClearBlack LCD 4.5 inch display with TrueColor and capacitive multi-point touch. On imaging front, it sports a 5 mega pixel camera with auto focus, 4X zoom and video frame rate 30 fps and comes without a front facing camera. It comes with 8 GB in-built storage which is expandable up to 128 GB via microSD card and packs a 1830 mAh battery. It further comes with matte polycarbonate design and interchangeable shells in matte black and white colors.
