The new smartphone is powered by a 2.0GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio P65 processor and 6GB RAM. The 128GB internal storage can be further expanded via a micro SD card (up to 256GB). The 4500mAh battery comes with dual-engine fast charging support.

In terms of optics, the Vivo Y7s sports a triple camera setup on the back. It combines a 16MP Sony IMX499 sensor with an 8-megapixel wide-angle lens and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. For selfies and video calling, the smartphone sports a 16-megapixel AI front camera.

Camera features include a professional mode, beauty mode, portrait mode (double exposure), panorama mode, HDR backlighting, document correction, and portrait light mode.

The Vivo Y7s runs Android 9.0 Pie operating system with Funtouch OS 9.0 on top. Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth, GPS, micro USB 2.0, and a 3.5mm audio jack.

It comes with a 16-megapixel primary sensor, 8-megapixel wide-angle lens, and a 2-megapixel tertiary sensor (f/2.4 aperture). For selfies and video calling, the handset sports a 32-megapixel front camera (f/2.0 aperture).
