Xiaomi Libra Specifications Leaked: Details Inside

A Xiaomi smartphone codenamed as Xiaomi Libra has appeared on benchmarking website GeekBench. As per the website listing, the Libra will be powered by a 1.44GHz hexa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor coupled with 2GB of RAM. The device will run Android 5.1.1 Lollipop wrapped under MIUI.

Since Xiaomi’s next flagship phone Mi 5 and its bigger version Mi 5 Plus are said to be powered by a Snapdragon 820 chipset, we could expect that the Libra with Snapdragon 808 SoC will be a mid-ranged smartphone. Rest of the details are not known as of now and are likely to surface on the coming days.

There are no details on pricing or when the company plans to unveil the Xiaomi Libra phone. We expect more information to surface in the coming days.

Xiaomi is also reportedly working on Mi5 and Mi5 Plus smartphones. The Xiaomi Mi 5 is rumored to be powered by a 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor paired with 4GB of RAM. It is likely to feature a 5.3-inch QHD (2560×1440 pixels, 554ppi) display and pack 3030mAh battery. There will be a 16 mega pixel camera on the rear and a 6 mega pixel front facing camera. It is likely to arrive in two variants based on storage- 16GB and 64GB.

The Xiaomi Mi 5 Plus on the other hand is rumored to pack 64-bit 2GHz octa-core Snapdragon 820 processor, 4GB of RAM, Android 5.0.2 Lollipop OS with MIUI, 5.7-inch IPS (2560×1440 pixels resolution and Gorilla Glass 4 protection) display, 64GB inbuilt storage, 13 mega pixel rear camera with dual tone LED Flash, 4 mega pixel front facing camera and a 3500mAh battery.

Since Xiaomi has not revealed anything officially yet, we would suggest you to take this information with a pinch of salt.
