The Xiaomi Pad 5 is priced at EUR 349 (approx Rs 30,300) for the 6GB RAM / 128GB storage variant. The 6GB RAM / 128GB storage model costs EUR 399 (approx Rs 34,600).
The new tablet will be available from September 23. As an introductory offer, the 6GB RAM / 128GB storage variant will be available at EUR 299 (approx Rs 25,900).
Additionally, the company has launched a new Smart Pen that comes with buttons to take screenshots and swift shots.

The Xiaomi Pad 5 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 860 processor along with 6GB RAM and up to 256GB internal storage.
The new tablet is backed by an 8,720mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging. It is said to offer up to 10 hours of gaming, 16 hours of video playback, and 5 days of music playback.
For photos and videos, the Xiaomi Pad 5 sports a 13-megapixel rear camera with an LED flash. The 8-megapixel front camera supports 1080p recording.

The Xiaomi Pad 5 runs Android 11 OS with MIUI 12.5 for Pad. It comes pre-installed with the Netflix app. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5, and USB Type-C port.
The 11-inch TrueTone display comes with WQHD+ (1,600 x 2,560 pixel) resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a 16:10 aspect ratio. It also comes with Dolby Vision and HDR10 support.
The new tablet comes in Cosmic Gray and Pearl White color options. It comes with four speakers and supports Dolby Atmos.
Additionally, the Xiaomi Pad 5 supports Face Unlock and split-screen for multitasking. The Smart Pen clicks on top of the tablet magnetically, which doubles up as a charging pad.
The Xiaomi Smart Pen comes with two buttons (one for swift notes and the other for instant screenshots). It comes with 4,096-level pressure sensitivity and supports gesture navigation.
