ZTE has unveiled its latest smartphone ZTE V3 in three variants- ZTE V3 Youth Edition, V3 Energy Edition and V3 Extreme Edition in China. All the three variants feature metal aluminium body and fingerprint scanner on the rear.
As for specifications, these three models pack similar specs except network support. All three smartphones are powered by a 64-bit octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processors (four 1.5GHz Cortex-A53 cores + four 1GHz Cortex-A53 cores) paired with Adreno 405GPU and 2GB of RAM. They pack a 5.5-inch full HD display with 1920×1080 pixels resolution and run Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system wrapped under Nubia 3.0 UI.
On camera front, the V3 smartphones pack a 13 mega pixel rear camera with f/2.2 aperture and NeoVision 5.0 as well as a 5 mega pixel front shooter with f/2.2 aperture. There is 16GB of inbuilt storage onboard which is expandable up to 128GB using microSD card. The second SIM slot of the devices can also be used as microSD card slot. Connectivity options which the handsets offer include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and USB.
Backed up by a 3000mAh battery, the devices measure 155.3×8.55×77.2mm in dimensions and weigh 160 grams. The 3 Youth Edition will be available in Silver color option whereas the V3 Energy Edition and V3 Extreme Edition will be available in Gold color option.

Price and Availability
The ZTE V3 Youth is priced at CNY 999 (roughly Rs. 10,300), the V3 Energy is priced at CNY 1299 (roughly Rs. 13,400) and the V3 Extreme is priced at CNY 1499 (roughly Rs. 15,500). All models are now up for pre-orders in China. There is no word on pricing and availability of the devices outside China.
