Sony has finally launched its Xperia M4 Aqua smartphone in India. The highlight of this phone is its IP65/IP68 rating for water and dust resistance. Priced at Rs. 24,990, the M4 Aqua is available to buy starting today.

Specifications of the handset include 64-bit 1.5 GHz Octa-core Snapdragon 615 processor, 2GB of RAM, Android 5.0 Lollipop OS, 5 inch HD IPS (1280 x 720 pixels resolution) display, 16 GB inbuilt storage (expandable via microSD card),13 mega pixel auto focus rear camera, 5 mega pixel front shooter and 2400 mAh battery.

Sony has introduced its Sony Xperia A4 smartphone in Japan in collaboration with NTT Docomo. There is no word on availability of the handset in markets outside Japan, however a similar variant of Xperia A4 is likely to be launched under Z series in other markets. Under the hood, the Xperia A4 is powered by a 2.5 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor paired with 2GB of RAM and runs Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system. It comes with a 4.6-inch Triluminos display with X-Reality for mobiles and a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. On imaging front, it sports a 20.7 mega pixel rear camera with Exmos RS sensor and LED flash while there is also a 2.2 mega pixel front facing camera onboard.

Sony has silently listed Xperia E4g Dual smartphone on its official website in India. The handset is listed with MRP of Rs. 13,490 and Best buy price of Rs. 13,290. There is no word on the availability of the handset however it is likely to go on sale in the coming days. The handset is listed in two color options- Black and White. The Xpeia E4g Dual is essentially the 4G LTE variant of Xperia E4 phone which was launched in India in March at Rs. 12,490. Sony has introduced its Sony Xperia J1 Compact smartphone in Japan. It is the first SIM-free smartphone from the company. Sony has launched its Xperia E4 Dual smartphone in India as the successor to Xperia E3 phone. The handset is priced at Rs. 12,490 and will go on sale starting today via Sony stores and major retail stores across the country. Only the dual-SIM variant with Black and White color options has been launched in India, while there is no word about the launch of single-SIM variant of the handset in the Indian market. Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet Likely To Launch On March 2 At MWC 2015

The Sony Xperia Z4 tablet which accidentally appeared on Sony Xperia Lounge app has now been teased by the company. Sony has posted a tweet which reads “Slimmer. Lighter. Brighter. All will be revealed on 02.03.15. #Xperia #SonyMWC.” The teaser also includes side image of the forthcoming device which is most likely, the Xperia Z4 tablet. Sony has not revealed any other information about specifications and features of the device in the recent tweet, however, the earlier listings of the tablet on Sony app did mention some specs of the device.
