Price (starting) Rs 32,999

The OnePlus 7 is priced in India at Rs 32,999 for the 6GB RAM/ 128GB storage variant. The 8GB RAM/ 256GB storage model comes with a price tag of Rs 37,999. The new handset comes in Mirror Grey and Red color options. However, the 6GB RAM variant only came in a Mirror Grey color variant.

The new Mirror Blue color option will be available in 6GB RAM variant at Rs 32,999. It will go on sale on July 15 via Amazon India, exclusively for Amazon Prime customers. The OnePlus 7 will be available offline from June 20.

“The OnePlus 7 Mirror Blue has been designed to reflect the calm of a deep blue ocean. To achieve this, the phone has been a bi-directional double-layered coating which lends a surreal effect as light flows over it,” OnePlus India in a statement.

The OnePlus 7 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor along with the Adreno 640 GPU, up to 8GB LPDDR4x RAM, and 128GB/ 256GB UFS 3.0 2-lane storage. It comes with a RAM Boost feature.

The new smartphone is backed by a 3,700mAh battery with the same 20W (5V/ 4A) fast charging support.

Camera

The OnePlus 7 features a dual camera setup on the back. It combines a 48-megapixel Sony IMX586 sensor (f/1.7 aperture, 1.6-micron pixels (4-in-1), OIS, EIS, PDAF) with a 5-megapixel secondary sensor (f/2.4 aperture, 1.12-micron pixels) and a dual-LED flash module.

Camera features include 4K video recording at 60fps, two Super Slow Motion modes (1080p videos at 240fps, 720p videos at 480fps), Portrait, UltraShot, Nightscape, Pro Mode, AI Scene Detection, Panorama, HDR, Studio Lighting, Time-Lapse, and RAW Image.

For selfies and video calling, the OnePlus 7 sports a 16-megapixel Sony IMX471 sensor (1-micron pixels, f/2.0 aperture, EIS). It comes with features like HDR, Screen Flash, Face Retouching, and Time-Lapse.

The OnePlus 7 runs Android 9.0 Pie operating system with OxygenOS on top. New features include native Screen Recording and a Zen Mode (only allows emergency calls/ camera for 20 minutes). It also retains the Reading Mode and Night Mode.

For audio, the handset comes with dual stereo speakers, noise cancellation support, and Dolby Atmos support. Connectivity options on the device include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0, NFC, GPS/ A-GPS, and a USB Type-C (v3.1 Gen 1) port.

The dual-SIM smartphone sports a 6.41-inch Optic AMOLED display with full-HD+ (1080 x 2340 pixels) resolution, 19.5:9 aspect ratio, and a pixel density of 402ppi. It also supports sRGB and DCI-P3 color gamuts.

The OnePlus 7 measures 157.7 x 74.8 x 8.2mm and weighs 182 grams. It comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 6 protection on the front and back.

The in-display fingerprint sensor uses a 3-element lens, a larger sensor, and a new algorithm. Other sensors on the device include an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, gyroscope, magnetometer, and a proximity sensor.
