WhatsApp has finally added the ‘call waiting’ feature to its Android app. Now, users will be able to accept a second WhatsApp call during an ongoing WhatsApp call.

Previously, if someone tried to call you on WhatsApp while you were on a WhatsApp call, they received a busy tone. However, did not know that someone is trying to call you.

How To Use WhatsApp Call Waiting Feature On Android Smartphones

  • Update to the latest version of WhatsApp
  • Now, if you receive a second WhatsApp call, you will be able to see a new call coming
  • Next, you will have an option to accept it or reject it
  • That’s it
  • You can either continue with your old call or disconnect and take the new call

Note: You will not be able to put any of the two calls on hold. But you will have the choice to prioritize.
