Asus Zenfone 3 Laser, Zenfone 3 Max Launched: Price & Specifications

Asus has launched two new Zenfone 3 series smartphones in Vietnam. Called the Asus Zenfone 3 Laser and Zenfone 3 Max, these phones succeed the Zenfone 2 Laser and Zenfone Max respectively.

As for specifications, the Zenfone 3 Laser is powered by 64-bit octa-core processor paired with 4GB of RAM. It features a 5.5-inch full HD display with 1920×1080 pixels resolution and 2.5D arc glass.  For storage, it comes with 32GB of internal memory.

Asus Zenfone 3 Laser

The Zenfone 3 Laser measures 7.9mm in thickness and also features a fingerprint scanner for additional security. On camera front, the Zenfone 3 Laser sports a 13 mega pixel PixelMaster 3.0 rear camera with f/2.0 aperture, Sony IMX214 image sensor, laser Auto Focus and EIS (electronic image stabilization).

The Zenfone 3 Max on the other hand, comes with a 5.2-inch IPS 2.5D curved display, 3GB of RAM and 32GB internal memory. Also onboard is a 4100mAh battery that is claimed to deliver up to 20 hours of talk time and up to 30 days of standby time. It also supports reverse charging. On design front, it features metal body and comes with a fingerprint sensor. Rest of the specifications of the phones are scarce as of now and are likely to surface in the coming days.

Price & Availability

The Asus Zenfone 3 Laser is priced at 5,990,000 VND (approximately Rs. 18,000) while the Zenfone 3 Max carries a price tag of 4,490,000 VND (approximately Rs. 13,500) in Vietnam. There is no word on global availability of the phones.
