Asus ZenFone 3 Series Smartphones Launched In India: Price & Specs

Asus has launched its ZenFone 3, ZenFone 3 Deluxe, Zenfone 3 Laser and ZenFone 3 Ultra smartphones at its Z3nvolution event in India.

All the three variants pack premium metal design and feature a fingerprint for additional security. All three phones are hybrid dual SIM phones and sport 8 mega pixel front facing camera and USB Type-C port. Rear cameras of all three devices support optical image stabilization for better quality images. The Asus ZenFone 3 is powered by a Snapdragon 625 SoC paired with either 3GB or 4GB of RAM. It features 5.2-inch / 5.5-inch full-HD display with 1080p resolution display. On camera front, it sports a 16 mega pixel primary camera. It will be available in two storage variants- 32GB, 64GB (expandable up to 128GB via microSD card). There is also a 3000mAh battery onboard. It will be available in Gold, Blue, Black, and White color options.

The Asus ZenFone 3 Deluxe is touted as the first phone to feature a full metal body with an invisible antenna design. The phone comes with a Snapdragon 820 chipset, Adreno 530 GPU, 6GB of RAM, 5.7-inch full-HD Super AMOLED display and 3000mAh battery. It comes with a 23 mega pixel rear camera with Sony IMX318 sensor and also supports 4K video recording. It will be available in Gold, Silver and Grey color options.

The ZenFone 3 Ultra comes with a Snapdragon 652 chipset paired with Adreno 510 GPU and either 3GB or 4GB of RAM. It packs a 6.8-inch Full HD display and a 23 mega pixel primary camera with Sony IMX318 sensor. Also onboard is a 4600mAh battery with Quick Charge support. It will be available in Grey, Silver and Pink color options.

The 5.2-inch Asus Zenfone 3 (ZE520KL) with 3GB RAM+32GB storage is priced at Rs. 21,999 and the 5.5-inch Zenfone 3 (ZE552KL) with 4GB RAM+64GB storage is priced at Rs. 27,999. Zenfone 3 is available to buy from all major online stores and offline stores like Sangeetha Mobiles. It will also go on sale via leading retail stores across India before the end of August 2016.

The 64GB storage variant of ZenFone 3 with Snapdragon 820 carries price tag of Rs. 49,999 and the 256GB storage variant with Snapdragon 821 is priced at Rs. 62,999. The ZenFone 3 Ultra is priced at Rs. 49,999 and Asus Zenfone 3 Laser is priced at Rs. 18,999.
