Fitbit has launched two new fitness trackers in the Indian market. The new Fitbit Charge 3 is a successor of the Fitbit Charge 2 (launched two years ago). The Fitbit Charge 3 is priced at Rs 13,999 for the regular variant. Whereas the Fitbit Charge 3 Special Edition costs Rs 15,999. The new wearable is now available across Reliance Digital, Croma, Helios and other major retailers offline and online.

The Fitbit Charge comes in two options – Black (with an aluminum case) and Blue Gray (with Rose Gold aluminum case). Accessories are priced between Rs 2,990 – Rs 4,490.

The Fitbit Charge 3 sports an elevated, premium swim-proof design. It is water-resistant up to 50-meters, thanks to a new aluminum casing. The touchscreen display is also 40 percent bigger than the Charge 2. The new fitness tracker is the first in the Charge lineup to have a touchscreen. The physical ‘home button’ has been replaced with a new inductive button.

The company claims that it features ‘most advanced sensor and algorithm technology in a tracker.’ The Charge 3 comes with a 24/7 PurePulse heart rate monitor with connected GPS. Additionally, features a SpO2 sensor for monitoring blood oxygen levels. The fitness tracker offers 15 goal-based exercise modes. A ‘Swim mode’ allows you to see real-time data. You can also use SmartTrack automatic exercise recognition to see them later.

A new Sleep Score beta feature uses the PurePulse heart rate monitor to monitor your sleep quality and provides a score to offer a more complete picture of your overall sleep quality. The new wearable can last up to 7 days on a single charge.
