The new smartphone is powered by a 1.6GHz octa-core Unisoc SC9863A processor along with IMG8322 GPU and 3GB RAM. The 32GB (eMMC 5.1) internal storage can be further expanded (up to 256GB) via a micro SD card.
The Gionee Max Pro is backed by a massive 6000mAh battery that promises 60hrs of calling time, 34 days standby time, 12hrs of gaming, 115hrs of music playback, and 13hrs of video playback.
For photos and videos, the handset sports a 13MP rear camera with a secondary bokeh lens (depth sensor) and a LED Flash. It also features an 8MP camera on the front.

The Gionee Max Pro runs the Android 10 operating system. For security, it comes with support for face unlock.

The dual SIM smartphone sports a 6.52-inch 2.5D curved glass display with HD+ (1560 × 720 pixels) resolution and a dewdrop-shaped notch.
In terms of dimensions, the Gionee Max Pro measures 165 x 75 x 10mm and weighs 212g. It comes in Black, Red, and Blue color options (with sunshine texture).
