The Huawei Y7p is priced in Thailand at THB 4,999 (approx Rs 11,500). It comes in two color options – Aurora Blue and Midnight Black.

The new handset is available for pre-order now in the South-East Asian country. As of now, there is no information about the Indian price and launch date.

The Huawei Y7p is powered by the Kirin 710F octa-core processor and 4GB RAM. The 64GB internal storage can be further expanded via a microSD card (up to 512GB).

In terms of optics, the new smartphone sports a triple camera setup at the back. It combines a 48MP primary sensor (f/1.8 aperture) with an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera (f/2.4) and a 2MP sensor (f/2.4).

For selfies and video calling, the Huawei Y7p sports an 8MP front camera with f/2.0 aperture. It is backed by a 4,000mAh battery.

The Huawei Y7p runs the Android 9 Pie operating system with EMUI 9.1 on top. It comes with AI support.

Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, AGPS, Glonass, 3.5mm audio jack, and a micro USB port.

The new handset features a 6.39-inch TFT LCD display with HD+ (720 x 1560 pixels) resolution and a display hole (in the upper left corner).

The Huawei Y7p measures 159.81 x 76.13 x 8.13mm and weighs 176 grams. A fingerprint sensor is placed on the back.

Other sensors on the device include an ambient light sensor, compass, and gravity sensor.
