The new smartphone is powered by a 1.6GHz octa-core Unisoc SC9863 processor and 3GB RAM. The new handset is backed by a 3,450mAh lithium-polymer battery that offers up to 10 days of standby time.

In terms of optics, the LG W10 Alpha sports an 8MP rear cameras with an autofocus lens and an LED flash. For selfies and video calling, it sports an 8MP front camera.

For storage, the budget handset comes with 32GB internal storage that can be further expanded via a micro SD card (up to 128GB).

The dual-SIM smartphone features a 5.7-inch display with HD+ (720 x 1520 pixels) resolution, 19:9 aspect ratio, and a waterdrop-shaped notch.

In terms of dimensions, the LG W10 Alpha measures 147.3 x 71 x 8.9mm and weighs 170 grams.

Additionally, the new handset comes with the company’s proprietary 2D Arc Design, artificial intelligence (AI) based camera features, AI Facial Unlock feature, and a proximity sensor.

The LG W-series of smartphones was originally launched in India in June last year. The LG W10 Alpha is the latest addition to the series.

Recently, the company launched three new K-series smartphones with a quad-camera setup and 4,000mAh battery.

All three devices are MIL-STD 810G compliant. Additional highlights include a 6.5-inch display, rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, USB Type-C port, and MIL-STD 810G compliant build.
