Apple launched its New Apple MacBook Pro 2016 laptop at the ‘Hello Again’ event in Cupertino in October. Now the Apple MacBook Pro 2016 laptop has gone on sale in India. An Apple Reseller in Kerala, IT Net Infocomm, has revealed on Twitter that the Touch Bar variant of the MacBook Pro 2016 is now available to buy in India. The price of 13-inch Touch Bar variant starts at Rs. 1,55,900 while the 15-inch variant will be available starting at Rs. 2,05,900.
The talking point of the Apple MacBook Pro 2016 is a ‘Touch Bar’ located above the keyboard. The Touch Bar replaces the function key row with on-screen buttons. It comes in 13-inch and 15-inch variants and features a Touch ID power button that doubles up as a fingerprint scanner.
There is also a new 13-inch low-end variant that comes without Touch Bar and Touch ID and is priced lower than the models with Touch Bar. It comes with a trackpad, backlit keys and two Thunderbolt 3 USB-C ports.

The 13-inch Touch Bar model of New Apple MacBook Pro 2016 starts at Rs. 1,55,900 while the 15-inch model starts at Rs. 2,05,900. The 13-inch low-end Apple MacBook Pro starts at Rs. 1,29,900 for 2.0GHz dual-core Intel Core i5 processor+8GB of RAM+256GB of flash storage variant. There is another variant of the device with 2.4GHz dual-core Intel Core i7 processor+16GB of RAM+516GB/1TB of flash storage).
