The Realme C2 will be launched in India on April 22 alongside the Realme 3 Pro. It is expected priced around Rs 8,000. The Realme C1 was launched last year at an introductory price tag (for the Diwali festive season) of Rs 6,999. The new 2GB RAM/ 32GB storage variant is priced at Rs 7,499. Whereas the 3GB RAM/ 32GB storage model will cost Rs 8,499.

According to recent leaks and rumors, the Realme C2 is powered by a MediaTek Helio P22 processor and a 4,230mAh battery. It is likely to run ColorOS 6.0 (Android-based).

In terms of optics, the upcoming handset will feature a dual camera set up on the back (13-megapixel primary sensor + 2-megapixel secondary sensor). For selfies and video calling, it will sport an 8-megapixel front camera.

The budget smartphone is powered by a 1.8 GHz octa-core Snapdragon 450 processor along with an Adreno 506 GPU and 2GB/ 3GB RAM. The 16GB/ 32GB internal storage can be further expanded via a dedicated microSD card slot (up to 256GB). It is backed by a large 4,230mAh battery.

In terms of optics, the Realme C1 sports a dual camera setup on the back. It combines a 13-megapixel primary sensor (with f/2.2 aperture) and a 2-megapixel secondary sensor (with f/2.4 aperture). Camera features include AI Beautification 2.0, Bokeh Mode, and a LED flash.

The 5-megapixel front camera comes with f/2.2 aperture and AI Face Unlock support. Additional features include HDR, Bokeh Mode, AF Focusing Method, and a Consecutive Capture Mode (can take up to 20 pictures in a row).

The Realme C1 sports a 6.2-inch display with HD+ (1520 x 720pixels) resolution and a 19:9 aspect ratio. It features a unibody design with glossy finish at the back and an iPhone-like notch.

The dual-SIM smartphone runs Android 8.1 Oreo operating system with ColorOS 5.1 custom skin on top. It comes in Blue and Black color options. Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
