The Meizu 16T is priced in China at CNY 1,999 (approx Rs 20,000) for the base 6GB RAM/ 128GB storage variant.
The 8GB RAM/ 128GB storage and 8GB RAM/ 256GB storage models cost CNY 2,299 (approx Rs 23,000) and CNY 2,499 (approx Rs 25,000), respectively.
Sales start on October 28. As of now, there is no information about the Indian price or launch date.

The Meizu 16T is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor along with 6GB/ 8GB LPDDR4x RAM, and 128GB/ 256GB UFS 3.0 internal storage
In terms of optics, the new handset sports a triple camera set up at the back. It comes with a 12MP Sony IMX362 sensor (f/1.9 aperture), an 8MP wide sensor (118-degrees field of view), a 5MP depth sensor (f/1.9 aperture), and an LED flash.
For selfies and video calling, the Meizu 16T features a 16MP front camera with an f/2.2 aperture. The 5,000mAh battery supports 18W fast charging.

The Meizu 16T runs the Android 9 Pie operating system with Flyme OS 7 skin on top. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, GLONASS, and Beidou.
The dual-SIM smartphone features a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED display with Full-HD+ (1080 x 2232 pixels) resolution, 18.6:9 aspect ratio, 430 nits of peak brightness, 1,00,000:1 contrast ratio, and a pixel density of 382ppi.
For security, the new handset sports an in-display fingerprint sensor with a claimed 0.2 seconds unlock time and 360-degree recognition.
Other sensors on the device board include an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, compass, gyroscope, linear haptic motor, and proximity sensor.
The new handset measures 159.63 x 78.2 x 8.3mm and tips the scales at 183 grams. It comes in Lake Light Green, Whale Blue, and Daylight Orange color options.
Additional features include dual stereo speakers, 4K video capture at 60fps, and a dedicated night mode for low-light photography.
