The Asus ExpertBook B9 is aimed at business customers. It features a rugged build (material meets US military standards) with a thin form factor.

The new notebook carries Intel Evo platform verification. It comes with an 11th-generation Intel Core processor and 65W fast-changing.

The Asus ExpertBook B9 is powered by an 11th-generation Intel Core i5-1135G7/ Core i7-1165G7 processor along with Intel Xe graphics and 8GB/ 16GB LPDDR4x RAM.

The new notebook is backed by a 66Wh lithium-polymer battery that supports 65W fast charging (via USB Type-C). It is touted to offer full-day usage on a single charge. You can get up to 60 percent charge in 49 minutes.

For storage, the Asus ExpertBook B9 (2021) comes with up to 2TB dual M.2 NVMe PCI 3.0 storage. It also features select SKUs with RAID 0 and RAID 1 support.

The Asus ExpertBook B9 (2021) runs Windows 10 Pro/ Windows 10 Home OS. It comes with Amazon Alexa integration (a built-in light bar illuminates during interactions).

For security, the laptop sports an integrated fingerprint sensor and a biometric-login webcam. It can be configured with a Trusted Platform Module chip to secure passwords and encryption keys offline.

The rugged notebook features a thin build that meets the MIL-STD 810H US military standard test. It has a thickness of 14.9mm and weighs 1.005 kilograms.

Additional features include Harman Kardon-certified speakers, up to four 360-degree far-field microphones, an LED-backlit keyboard, and an Asus NumberPad 2.0 (doubles up as a touchpad when the numeric pad is not in use).

The Asus ExpertBook B9 (2021) comes with a starting price of Rs 1,15,498. It will be available through Asus Exclusive Stores and leading commercial PC stores.

The new notebook was originally unveiled at CES 2021 in January this year. The 2020 version of the ExpertBook B9 was launched in India at a starting price of Rs 1,02,228.
