The Apple iPad Pro models comes with a new Apple M1 processor that features an eight-core design. It is said to be 75 times faster than the original iPad.
The new tablet come in 11-inch and 12.9-inch ProMotion displays. It comes with support for latest Xbox and PS5 controllers.
Additional features include 5G support, 2TB storage configuration, and Thunderbolt support. Let’s take a closer look:

The Apple iPad Pro 2021 is powered by an eight-core Apple M1 processor along with 8GB RAM and 128GB/ 256GB/ 512GB storage. The 16GB RAM model offers 1TB and 2TB storage options.
On the back, the new iPad sports a 12MP wide-angle lens (f/1.8 aperture), a 10MP ultra-wide angle less (f/2.4, 125-degree field of view), and a LiDAR scanner.
Camera features include 2x optical zoom and Smart HDR 3 (thanks to the ISP and Neural Engine in the M1 processor).
For selfies and video calling, the iPad Pro sports a 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens (122-degree field of view, f/2.4 aperture). It also supports Center Stage (pans to keep the subject in the shot).

The Apple iPad Pro 2021 runs iOS iPad 14. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax), Bluetooth v5, Thunderbolt port, and USB 4 (offers 4 times the bandwidth for wired connections).
The new tablet comes with 5G connectivity with support for mmWave in the US. There is also eSIM card support for the cellular models.
Additional features include a four-speaker setup and five studio-quality microphones. The iPad Pro 2021 supports Magic Keyboard and the second-generation Apple Pencil.

Design and Display
The 12.9-inch model features a Liquid Retina XDR mini-LED display with over 10,000 LEDs, a resolution of 2732 x 2048 pixels, and up to 1,600 nits peak brightness for HDR.
The 11-inch model features a Liquid Retina display with a resolution of 2388 x 1668 pixels.), HDR, and Dolby Vision support.
The ProMotion True Tone displays come with P3 wide color support. Additionally, the tablet supports higher resolution external displays including the Pro Display XDR at 6K resolution.
In terms of dimensions, the 11-inch iPad Pro measures 247.6 x 178.5 x 5.9mm and weighs up to 470 grams. The 12.9-inch model measures in at 280.6 x 214.9 x 6.4mm and weighs up to 685 grams.

The 11-inch iPad Pro comes with a starting price of $799 (approx Rs 60,300) for the Wi-Fi model. The Wi-Fi + Cellular model costs $999 (approx Rs 75,400).
The price of the 12.9-inch iPad Pro starts at $1,099 (approx Rs 82,900) for the Wi-Fi model. The Wi-Fi + Cellular model costs $1,299 (approx Rs 98,000).
Both models come in Silver and Space Grey color options. The new devices will be available in the second half of May. Pre-orders start on April 30.
In India, the 11-inch iPad Pro comes with a starting price of Rs 71,900 for the 128GB Wi-Fi model. The 128GB Wi-Fi + Cellular model costs Rs 85,900.
The price of the 12.9-inch iPad Pro starts at Rs 99,900 for the 128GB Wi-Fi model. The Wi-Fi + Cellular model comes at Rs 1,13,900.
