Price and Availability
The new Huawei Nova 5 series (Nova 5, Nova 5i, and Nova 5 Pro) smartphones are expected to be launched in China on June 21. However, there is no information about the Indian price or launch date.

As per recent listings and leaks, the Huawei Nova 5i is powered by a Kirin 710 processor along with 6GB/8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage (expandable up to 512GB). It will run Android 9 Pie operating system with EMUI 9.1.0.104 on top.
The upcoming handset is tipped to sport a 6.44-inch display with full-HD+ resolution (1080 x 2310 pixels) and notch for a 24MP selfie cam. On the back, it will sport a quad camera setup (24MP primary sensor + 8MP secondary sensor + 2MP depth sensor + TOF camera).
The Nova 5i Pro will sport a dual rear camera and dual selfie cams. A fingerprint sensor will be placed on the back. It will come in Black and Green color options. The 3,900mAh battery comes with 10W charging support. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, and a USB Type-C port.
On the other hand, the Huawei Nova 5 and Nova 5 Pro are expected to come with a Kirin 810 SoC (based on a 7nm process) and Kirin 980 SoC, respectively. The 32-megapixel front camera will come with a dedicated night mode (super night scene) for selfies (placed in a waterdrop-shaped notch). It will also sport a 48-megapixel AI rear camera.
The Nova 5 Pro will come in four color options – Bright Black, Coral Orange, Dilemma Forest, and Midsummer Purple. It will come with 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. Additional features include a quad camera set up, full-HD+ display, an in-display fingerprint scanner, and a 40W SuperCharge tech.
