The Panasonic Eluga A4 is priced in India at Rs 12,490. It will be available across the country via offline channels. Interested customers can now get the new device from Panasonic authorized retail stores.

The new Eluga A4 features a 5.2-inch display with HD resolution (720 x 1280 pixels) and a 2.5D protective glass. It is powered by a 1.25GHz quad-core processor and 3GB RAM. The 32GB internal storage can be further expanded via a microSD card. It is backed by a huge 5000mAh battery.

In terms of optics, the Panasonic Eluga A4 sports a 13-megapixel rear camera with an LED flash. On the front, the new handset features a 5-megapixel front camera for selfies and video calls.

The Panasonic Eluga A4 runs Android 7.0 Nougat operating system out of the box. It also comes with the company’s AI-based ARBO personal assistant (studies the usage pattern and makes suggestions accordingly).Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, micro USB port, and a USB OTG.

The new smartphone features a metallic build with rounded corners. The speaker grille and fingerprint scanner are placed on the back. It comes in three color options – Champagne Gold, Mocha Gold, and Marine Blue.

Panasonic has launched multiple smartphones this year. At its price point, the Panasonic Eluga A4 will compete against the likes of Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, Lenovo K8 Plus, and also the Moto G5S.
