Samsung has launched the new Galaxy A20 smartphone in Russia, alongside the Galaxy A50 and the Galaxy A30. It comes with a price tag of RUB 13,990 (approx Rs 15,000). As of now, there is no information about the Indian price and launch date.

The Samsung Galaxy A20 is powered by an octa-core (1.6GHz + 1.35GHz) Exynos 7884 processor and 3GB RAM. The 32GB internal storage can be further expanded via a microSD card (up to 512GB).

In terms of optics, the mid-range smartphone sports a dual camera setup on the back. It combines a 13-megapixel primary sensor (f/1.9 aperture) with a 5-megapixel secondary sensor (f/2.2 aperture).

For selfies and video calling, the handset sports an 8-megapixel front camera with an f/2.0 aperture. It is backed by a large 4,000mAh battery.

The Samsung Galaxy A20 runs Android 9.0 Pie operating system with the company’s One UI skin on top. It comes with a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and support for Samsung Pay.

The new handset sports a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED Infinity-V display with HD+ (720 x 1560 pixels) and a waterdrop notch. It features a 3D Glass build and measures 158.4 x 74.7 x 7.8 mm.

Samsung is also expected to launch the Galaxy A60 on April 19. According to recent leaks and rumors, it will be powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 6150 processor (unannounced) along with 6GB/ 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage.

The Samsung Galaxy A60 is said to be backed by a 4,500mAh battery. In terms of optics, the smartphone will feature a triple camera setup on the back. It is said to combine a 32-megapixel primary sensor with a 5-megapixel depth sensor and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide angle camera. For selfies and video calling, the device will sport a 32-megapixel front camera.

The new handset is likely to run Android 9.0 Pie OS with One UI. It is said to sport a 6.7-inch Infinity-U display with full-HD+ resolution and an in-display fingerprint sensor.
