The Samsung Galaxy M30 will be launched in India on February 27 via Amazon.in and Samsung India Online Shop. It is expected to be priced in India at approx. Rs 15,000. The Samsung Galaxy M20 and Galaxy M10 smartphones were launched at a starting price of Rs 10,990 and Rs 7,990, respectively.

According to recent leaks and rumors, the Samsung Galaxy M30 will sport a 6.4-inch Infinity-U display with full-HD+ resolution. Instead of an LCD panel (seen on the Galaxy M10 and Galaxy M20), the upcoming handset features a Super AMOLED panel.

In terms of optics, the upcoming handset is expected to arrive with a triple rear-camera set up on the back. It will combine a 13-megapixel primary sensor (f/1.9 aperture), a 5-megapixel secondary sensor (f/2.2 aperture), and a 5-megapixel tertiary sensor (f/2.2 aperture). For video calling, the handset is said to sport a 16-megapixel front camera with f/2.0 aperture.

The Samsung device will be powered by an Exynos 7904 processor along with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. There might also be a 6GB RAM/ 128GB storage variant. It is said to be backed by a massive 5,000mAh battery.

The Galaxy M20 and Galaxy M10 smartphones were a complete sell-out on Amazon India. Both devices made a new first-day sale record for the South Korean tech giant. It remains to be seen if the Galaxy M30 will be able to repeat the success of its siblings.

The Samsung Galaxy M20 is priced in India at Rs 10,990 for the 3GB RAM/ 32GB variant. The 4GB RAM/ 64GB storage model costs Rs 12,990. On the other hand, the Samsung Galaxy M10 comes with a price tag of Rs 7,990 for the 2GB RAM/ 16GB storage variant. The 3GB RAM/ 32GB storage model costs Rs 8,990.

The new handsets run Android 8.1 Oreo operating system with a custom Samsung Experience 9.5 UX on top. Both smartphones sport a dual camera setup on the back (13MP primary sensor with f/1.9 aperture + 5MP secondary ultra-wide sensor). Security options include a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and a face unlock feature.

While the Galaxy M20 features a 6.3-inch Infinity-V Display with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio and full-HD+ resolution, the Galaxy M10 features a 6.2-inch Infinity-V Display with a 19:9 aspect ratio and HD+ (720 x 1520 pixels) resolution. The online-exclusive models in Charcoal Black and Ocean Blue color options.

The Samsung M20 is backed by a 5,000mAh battery and Exynos 7904 SoC. For selfies and video calling, it sports an 8-megapixel front camera (f/2.0 aperture). Whereas the Samsung M10 is backed by a 3,400mAh battery and Exynos 7870 SoC. It sports a 5-megapixel front camera (f/2.0 aperture) for selfies and video calling. Both devices support fast charging via USB Type-C.
