Samsung Galaxy Note 9 Specifications Leaked, To Have 4,000mAh Battery Allegedly

The Samsung Galaxy Note 9 has been rumoured to launch this year, in July 2018. Now, just before the predicted launch, a whole lot of specifications of the device has been leaked on Weibo. The leak also predicts that the smartphone will go with a bigger battery.

According to the leak, the smartphone will have a larger display compared to its predecessor. It has also been suggested that the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 will be built with a 6.4-inch AMOLED display. The display will be with an 18.5:9 aspect ratio. The leak also reports that the smartphone will go big on the battery. This means that the smartphone could be equipped with a 3,850mAh or 4,000mAh battery pack.

There have been speculating rumors that the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 845 SoC chipset (same as Galaxy S9 duo) or an Exynos 9810 SoC. It is still unknown whether the smartphone will have an in-display fingerprint sensor than a regular one. But one thing is obvious that Samsung will try their level best in putting the perfect technology to this flagship smartphone.

Issue Regarding Under-Display Fingerprint Sensor

The issue regarding the under-display fingerprint reader wasn’t speculated in this leak. If one looks at previous leaks regarding recent Samsung smartphones, they might just turn out to be false. The company might not even incorporate the new-age fingerprint sensing technology. Companies like Huawei and Vivo have already incorporated it.

The Investor claims in a report that the company will start production of OLED panels for the Galaxy Note 9 in April 2018, which means the device could be launched a little later than expected.

This alleged leak is nothing new. Nowadays most of the flagship of smartphones of other companies have been facing similar issues.

To sum it up, Samsung Galaxy Note 9 recently got an official support page on some country-specific websites. The smartphone is expected to be powered by a Snapdragon 845 SoC chipset, with 6GB of RAM and run by Android 8.1 Oreo.
