Analysis, Price and Availability
The device sports an Omnibalance design with a metal strip on the sides holding everything together and laced with chamfered edges. The right side contains Power button, volume rocker keys and dedicated camera shutter button and MicroSD, SIM Card slots covered by a single flap. The left side has the charging port covered by a flap and a magnetic dock connector. Sony has listened to the customer feedback from Xperia Z and Z1 handsets & has improved the brightness and sunlight legibility of the display.
The SmartBand SWR10 is a fitness and activity tracker which is bundled with the device for a limited time. Providing the functionality much like FitBit trackers, it pushes the details of activities and sleep patterns to an app called LifeLog. Apart from the SmartBand and a premium phone case, Accidental Damage Protection for 6 months and 2GB free data download on Vodafone for 2 months will also be available with the Xperia Z2.
