The Asus ZenFone Max Pro M2 will be launched in India on 11th December. It will be exclusively available on Flipkart. The company also revealed that the upcoming smartphone will come with “the most durable screen in the segment – Corning Gorilla Glass 6.” As of now, there is no confirmation about the price.

According to recent rumors, the Asus ZenFone Max M2 will come with a price tag of EUR 160 – 190 (approx Rs 12,800 – Rs 15,200). On the other hand, the Asus ZenFone Max Pro M2 will be priced between EUR 280 – 300 (approx Rs 22,400 – Rs 24,000).

The upcoming handset is tipped to sport a 6.3-inch LCD display with full-HD+ (1080 x 2280 pixels) resolution, iPhone-like notch, and Corning Gorilla Glass 6 protection. It will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor along with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. There might also be a 6GB RAM/ 128GB storage variant.

In terms of optics, the Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2 is said to feature a dual camera setup (13-megapixel + 5-megapixel sensors) on the back and an 8-megapixel front camera. Connectivity options will include NFC

The upcoming smartphone will also sport the same 6.3-inch LCD display with HD+ (720 x 1520 pixels) resolution and a notch on top. It will be powered by a 1.8GHz Snapdragon 632 processor and 3GB RAM. The 32GB internal storage can be further expanded via a micro SD card. It will run Android 8.1 Oreo operating system.out-of-the-box.

In terms of optics, the ZenFone Max M2 is tipped to sport an 8-megapixel front camera and a dual camera setup (13-megapixel + 2-megapixel sensor) on the back. It will be backed by a 4,000mAh battery. A fingerprint scanner is placed on the back. The handset will be 8mm thick and weigh 165 grams.

The Asus ZenFone Max Pro M1 was launched in India at Rs 10,999 for the 3GB RAM/ 32GB storage variant. The 4GB RAM/ 64GB storage variant costs Rs 12,999, while the 6GB RAM/ 64GB storage comes with a price tag of Rs 14,999. It comes in three color options – Deepsea Black, Grey, and Blue.

The dual-SIM smartphone sports a 5.99-inch IPS Full-View display with full-HD+ (1080 x 2160 pixels) resolution and an 18:9 aspect ratio. It is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 processor. The internal storage can be further expanded via a microSD card (up to 2TB). The massive 5,000mAh battery comes 10W fast-charging support.

In terms of optics, the 6GB ASUS ZenFone Max Pro M1 sports a dual camera setup on the back. It combines a 16-megapixel primary sensor (with f2/.0 aperture) and a 5-megapixel secondary sensor. The 16-megapixel front camera comes with f/2.0 aperture. The camera features 4K video recording. It also supports Face Unlock technology.

The regular variant comes with a 13MP primary sensor (f/2.2 aperture) and 5MP secondary (f/2.4 aperture) on the back. A fingerprint sensor is also placed on the back (alongside vertically stacked camera setup and LED flash module). On the front, the Asus handset features an 8MP camera (f/2.0 aperture).
