Honor’s Huawei brand introduced its Honor Band Z1 in India in October 2015 alongside Honor 7 smartphone. Now the company has announced availability of the wearable. Priced at Rs. 5,499, the Band Z1 is now available to buy exclusively from online retailer Flipkart starting today.
As for specifications, it is powered by a Cortex M4 STM32F411 processor paired with 128 KB of RAM. The wearable features a circular 1.06 inch OLED touch screen (128×128 pixels) display with brushed metal bezel around the corners. The Band Z1 comes with IP68 rating for resistance against dust and water.
The device shows SMS notification, call reminders and calendar function. The wearable also tells users about steps they have take, calories they have burnt and monitors sleep. It syncs with MyFitnessPal app and provides data related to activities such as steps taken, calories burnt and sleep.
Backed up by a 70mAh battery, it is said to be good enough to survive for up to four days. It supports fast charging and gets fully charged in 1.5 hours while 10 minutes of charging can provide full day of usage. It is compatible with Android and iOS smartphones. It will be available in several color combinations- cream strap with silver band; black strap with gun-metal black band and khaki strap with silver band.
