Overall Camera quality is good but there are some aspects which need improvement.

LG G5 Review: Reasons To Not Buy

Following are the 4 reasons why you should not buy the LG G5:

1. Design

Although it is the first phone from LG to feature an all metal design, yet it is not as attractive as other flagship smartphones available in the market. The design of the phone is not very exciting and due to the swap-able module, it doesn’t look smooth and consistent from the bottom.

2. No Friends in the box

Although the G5 comes with a modular design that allows users to replace the battery  with LG Friends such as LG Cam Plus, and LG Hi-Fi Plus, yet it doesn’t come bundled with LG Friends in the box. These companion products have to be purchased separately.

3. Camera

Overall camera quality of G5 is good but there are some aspects which need improvement. Despite sporting dual camera set up on the rear, it sometimes fails to produce high quality images. Some of the images taken with the G5 show considerable amount of noise and also we face focusing issues. Its camera is not as good as other flagship smartphones in this price range.

4. Overpriced

The LG G5 is priced at Rs. 52,990 which seems to be a bit overpriced, for the specifications and features that it offers. For nearly same price, you can get Samsung Galaxy S7 that offers better camera and display.

Verdict

Despite all the flaws, the LG G5 is an impressive flagship phone that offers great camera, beautiful display, modular design and more.
