This dual-SIM smartphone is powered by a 1 GHz Dual-Core Spreadtrum (SC7715) processor paired with 256 MB of RAM and runs on Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system. This device features a 4 inch WVGA IPS display with 480 x 800 pixels resolution. Domestic mobile phone manufacturing company Celkon has launched its new smartphone- Celkon Win 400. It is the first smartphone from the company which is based on Windows Phone operating system.

This dual sim phone is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 (MSM 8212) processor. It runs on Windows Phone 8.1 operating system. It features a 4 inch WVGA display (480×800 pixels resolution). It sports a 5 mega pixel rear camera with LED flash and a 1.3 mega pixel front facing camera for clicking selfies. It has 512 MB RAM and 4 GB internal storage. Connectivity options include WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, 3G, GPS. The dimensions of the phone are 125.4 x 65 x 10.3 mm and it weighs just 121 grams.
