The Asus Zenfone 2 and Zenfone Zoom phones which were unveiled at CES 2015 are reportedly going to launch in the Indian market. The Asus Zenfone 2 will hit the market in second quarter 2015 followed by Zenfone Zoom which will be launched in India in third quarter. According to Peter Chang, Asus India country head, the launch of ZenWatch has also been postponed. The Lenovo A6000 smartphone which was launched earlier this month in India, will go on sale through pilot flash sale on Flipkart today at 2.00 PM. The device is priced at Rs. 6,999 while only the registered members will be able to participate in the flash sale. The number of units which will be made available for sale today has not been revealed by the company, while Lenovo has asked the registered members to be online 2 to 3 hours before the sale initiates and click on the ‘Buy Now’ option once the product is made available. The buyers will have to complete the purchase process before 6.00 PM since the device will be removed from the cart after that.
