ZTE Nubia My Prague With 5.5mm Thickness Unveiled: Specs & Features

ZTE has launched its latest smartphone in the Nubia series, called the ZTE Nubia My Prague in Europe. With mere 5.5mm thickness, the device is touted as slimmest phone ever.

As far as specifications are concerned, Nubia My Prague is powered by a 64-bit octa-core (4×1.5GHz + 4×1.0GHz) Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor paired with Adreno 405 GPU. It runs Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system wrapped under nubia UI 3.0 and features a 5.2-inch Super AMOLED OGS display with 1920×1080 pixels resolution. It comes in two variants- one with 2GB of RAM and 16GB inbuilt memory while another packs 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. Both variants support expandable storage up to 128GB via microSD card.

The ZTE Blade Qlux smartphone which was announced last week is now on sale. The handset is priced at Rs. 4,999 and is available to buy exclusively from Amazon starting today.

The Blade Qlux 4G is touted as the cheapest smartphone with 4G support. It comes with 1.3 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6732M processor, 1GB of RAM, Android 4.4 KitKat OS, 4.5-inch IPS (854×480 pixels resolution) display, 8GB inbuilt storage (expandable up to 32GB via microSD card), 8 mega pixel rear camera with LED flash, 5 mega pixel front camera and 2200mAh battery.

ZTE is gearing up for the launch of a new smartphone with 4G support in the Indian market. The company has shared several teaser images of the forthcoming phone. The teaser images read as- ‘A good kind of Tornado is coming your way’, ‘When we say we are in the eye of the storm we mean it,’ and ‘Break all the boundaries you have ever set.’

All the three teaser images show side image of the phone and reveal that the handset will feature super-fast 4G LTE connectivity. Furthermore, ZTE’s upcoming smartphone with 4G support will be available to buy exclusively from Amazon India.

ZTE has launched its new budget friendly smartphone ZTE Q519T in its home market China. Besides its lower price, the handset comes with great specs to entice the buyers. Striking feature of this phone is its 4000mAh battery which is rated to deliver up to 35 days of standby time. It also comes with OTG reverse charging feature and three power-saving modes.

Under the hood, the dual-SIM handset is powered by a 1GHz quad-core processor paired with Mali T720MP1 GPU and 1 GB of RAM. Running Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system, the handset features a 5-inch HD display with 1280×720 pixels resolution. ZTE Nubia series is all set to debut in the Indian market. The company has sent out invites for an event scheduled on May 19, 2015 where it is likely to launch the Nubia series. Furthermore, Nubia has launched an official website for India and announced its partnership with Amazon India. The company has also launched a teaser of the upcoming phone.

Nubia has not revealed which smartphone it is going to launch but rumors suggest that the company could launch its flagship device Nubia Z9 which was launched in China earlier in May 2015 and Nubia Z9 Max and Z9 Mini which were introduced in China in March 2015.

ZTE has announced its ZTE nubia Z9 at a press event in Beijing. The dual-SIM handset is powered by a 64-bit octa-core (quad 2GHz A57+ quad 1.5GHz A53) Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor paired with Adreno 430 GPU. Flaunting bezel-less design, it features a 5.2-inch full HD IPS (1920 x 1080 pixels) 2.5D CGS display and runs Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system with nubia UI 3.0. On imaging front, it sports a 16 mega pixel rear camera with LED Flash, OIS and f/2.0 aperture. There is also an 8 mega pixel front-facing camera.

Connectivity options which nubia Z9 offers include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac (Dual Band), Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, and USB OTG. Backed up by 2900 mAh battery, it measures 147.4×68.3×8.9 mm and weighs 192 grams.
