WiFi datacards have been very popular in recent times. It allows multiple gadgets at the same time to access internet wirelessly, thereby removing the need for several network connections, messy cables. Huawei the leader in information and communications technology understanding the needs of the users has introduced a series of Wi-Fi datacards – E5331 MiFi and E3131 soft WiFi on 8th January 2013.
Both of these models, the E3131 Soft WiFi datacard and the E5331 MiFi have the capability of performing three times faster than an usual 7.2 Mbps that is it can work up to 21.6 Mbps.

Another Android tablet to the showcase. Pune based company Byond tech has launched their seventh tablet in the Mi-Book series as Mi-book Mi7. Just a week ago the company had launched their 6-inch Phablet PIII, the dual SIM android smart phone and now we have their first 3G tablet the Mi-Book Mi7.

Following the same trend, a Delhi based company called as Go Tech have also launched their 7-inch android tablet called as ‘All New FunTab’. Alike the Micromax funbook and Karbonn Vorlex Tab this is supposedly a low-end cost effective android tablet manufactured by India for India.

On the day of new year’s eve, Samsung Mobiles cut down the prices of few of their galaxy models in India, looks like they wanted Indians to cheer the arrival of 2013 with their new Galaxy smart phones. The Korean smart phone maker has dropped the prices of Samsung Galaxy SIII, Samsung Galaxy Note, Samsung Galaxy S Duos and the Galaxy Ace Duos.

Videocon Mobile Phones owned by the Videocon Group announced their latest smart phone line up in India. The first two phones of the series were announced as the Videocon A20 and the Videocon A30. Both of them are Android powered devices in a sleek contoured body with dual SIM capabilities.

The long awaited budget WP8 smart phone, HTC 8S is finally available for sale in India. HTC 8S is an entry level Windows phone 8 handset that was announced along with HTC 8X in November this year but wasn’t available anywhere. HTC 8S is the third Windows Phone 8 smart phone launched in India after HTC 8X and Samsung ATIV S. Online retailer Saholic.com has made the listing of the device visible with status ‘In Stock’ for ₹19,359.
