Lenovo has finally launched its Vibe K5 Note smartphone in India. The K5 Note succeeds the Vibe K4 Note and comes with a lot of improvements over the predecessor. The Vibe K5 Note is powered by a 1.8GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6755 processor paired with Mali T860 GPU and either 3GB or 4GB of RAM. It features a 5.5-inch full HD (1920×1080 pixels resolution) display and runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system.
Alongside Vibe K5 Note smartphone, Lenovo has launched an upgraded variant of Vibe K5 Plus in India. It packs similar specifications as the original Vibe K5 Plus, except a few differences. The new variant houses 3GB of RAM compared to 2GB RAM of the previous variant. It also has a more cleaner UI, closer to stock Android experience and comes with customizable launcher.
Vivo has announced price drop for its Vivo V3 smartphone in India. The phone was originally launched in India for Rs. 17,980 in April 2016. Lenovo is reportedly working on the successor of Vibe P1, called the Lenovo Vibe P2. A device code-named as Lenovo P2c72 has appeared on benchmarking website GeekBench revealing its specifications. This device is expected to be Lenovo’s upcoming Vibe P2 smartphone.

Nextbit has launched the Ember colored variant of its cloud based smartphone, called the Nextbit Robin. It was previously available in Mint and Midnight color options only. Priced at Rs. 19,999, the Ember color variant will be available to buy exclusively from online retailer Flipkart. It is a limited edition variant and will be available till stock lasts. It is already up for grabs in the US for $299 (approximately Rs. 20,100). As for the Indian market, the Ember Robin will be available starting next week.
