Celkon has launched its new entry level smartphone Celkon Campus A400 in India. This dual-SIM smartphone is powered by a 1 GHz Dual-Core Spreadtrum (SC7715) processor paired with 256 MB of RAM and runs on Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system. This device features a 4 inch WVGA IPS display with 480 x 800 pixels resolution. On storage front, Celkon Campus A400 entails with 512 MB of in-built storage which is expandable up to 32 GB via microSD card. This device sports a 2 mega pixel rear camera with LED flash and a 0.3 mega pixel front-facing camera.
