The new handset is powered by a 2.0GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio P23 processor and 4GB RAM. The 64GB internal storage can be further expanded via a micro SD card. It is backed by a 4,000mAh battery.

In terms of optics, the Infinix Note 5 Stylus features a 16-megapixel rear camera with a f/1.8 aperture, HDR support, and a dual LED flash. Camera features include AI Auto Scene Detection, AI Portrait, and Beauty modes.

For selfies and video calling, the new handset comes with a 16-megapixel front camera with a f/2.0 aperture, 4-in-1 Big Pixel tech, and a soft-light flash. It also comes with AI modes such as AI Bokeh and AI Beauty.

The Infinix Note 5 Stylus runs Android 8.1 Oreo operating system. It is part of the Android One programme which offers timely updates and an optimized stock Android experience. Connectivity options include dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v4.2, FM radio, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and Micro-USB with OTG support.

The dual-SIM smartphone sports a 5.93-inch LCD display with full-HD+ (1080 x 2160 pixels) resolution, a peak brightness of 500 nits, support for 85 percent NTSC color gamut, and a pixel density of 407ppi. The XPen stylus comes with features like screenshots, Air Command, Memo, and drawing.

The metal body handset comes in Bordeaux Red and Charcoal Blue color options. A fingerprint sensor is placed on the back. Other sensors on the device include an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, digital compass, gyroscope, and a proximity sensor.

Recently, the company launched its Infinix Hot S3X handset in India at Rs 9,999. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor along with an Adreno 505 GPU and 3GB RAM. The affordable smartphone sports a 6.2-inch LCD display with HD+ (720 x 1500pixels) resolution, an 18.75:9 aspect ratio, 500nits brightness, and 86 percent screen-to-body ratio.

In terms of optics, the Infinix Hot S3X sports a dual rear camera setup on the back. It combines a 13-megapixel primary sensor with a 2-megapixel depth sensor. Camera features include f/2.0 apertures, PDAF (phase detection autofocus system), HDR, and dual-LED flash.

The 16-megapixel front camera comes with 4-in-1 ‘big pixel’, f/2.0 aperture, and a soft-light flash. The 32GB internal storage can be further expanded via a microSD card (up to 128GB). The new handset is backed by a 4,000mAh battery.
