Micromax Canvas 3D A115 Video Review, 3D Demo And Details

We brought to you the news of Micromax working on a 3D smartphone in the Canvas series a while ago and finally the device has gone official, right in sync with Micromax’s promise of launching a Canvas smartphone every 2 months. Micromax A115 3D is the device we are talking about here and the smartphone has been launched at a price of Rs.9,999 which makes it the cheapest 3D smartphone in the country.

Micromax A115 3D is a 5 inch smartphone which has a resolution of 800×480 pixels. Before we get to what is inside the device, let us talk about the USP of the device, the 3D aspect. The smartphone comes with stereoscopic 3D technology which in common language lets you watch 3D content on your smartphone without wearing 3D glasses. The smartphone’s camera can convert your every day pictures into 3D pictures, courtesy the software package it has.

Micromax Canvas A111 Leaked– 5.3 Inch qHD Display

After the Micromax Canvas 3D A115, now another phone is leaked online from Micromax. This time Canvas A111 with the bigger screen and better processor and the better camera is shown at MMX Newscaster. The price of the smartphone is not known yet, but it may be cost around Rs. 15,000 because it comes with 1.2 GHz quad core processor from Qualcomm. The phone comes with an 5.3 inch display with 960*540 pixels density which is pretty decent. The display will be Glove Touch display with up to 5 point multi-touch. There is 4 GB internal memory built in and it can be expandable up to 32 GB via a memory card. One thing I really don’t like it is 512 MB RAM because if you are buying a phone around 15k with a quad core processor from Qualcomm not from Mediatek then you would like to have at least 1 GB RAM for better multitasking. So the final specification is not final yet but it will be interesting to see whether it comes with 1 GB or 512 MB RAM.
