LG has launched LG 105 5K Television along with its second curved smartphone LG G Flex 2 at an event today, in New Delhi. The company touts the TV as world’s first Television to feature 105 inch (266 cm) 5K display. As far as specifications of the television are concerned, it features CinemaScope 21:9 aspect ratio and offers resolution of 5120 x 2160 pixels. Samsung has unveiled its two new Samsung Galaxy Tab A tablets at an event in Russia. According to AllAboutPhones, the tablets have been introduced in 8-inch and 9.7-inch display sizes. Under the hood, both the tablets are powered by 1.2 GHz Cortex-A53 quad-core processor accompanied with 2 GB of RAM. Datawind, the Canadian firm known for its Aakash tablets has launched its two new budget smartphones, Datawind PocketSurfer 2G4 & PocketSurfer 3G4 in India. Datawind has also partnered with RCom to offer free unlimited data with the devices for one year which includes web browsing, email and social networking. The dual-SIM DataWind PocketSurfer 2G4 under the hood, packs a 1 GHz Cortex A5 processor coupled with 256 MB of RAM. Running Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system, it features a 3.5 inch capacitive display with 480 x 320 pixels resolution.
