Panasonic P31 launched in India at INR 11,990. The device is a budget device, and it has the specifications that we have seen on lots of device already in this segment. However, the device did not do well as it priced around 12000 in the market. Anyone who would like to but a smartphone with 12k budget would like to go with Moto G- the king smartphone of this range devices. The Moto G has good specifications that you will not see on mid-range devices too. Although there is some disappointment in users due to lack of memory card support in Moto G but still it is an obvious choice to but Moto G at the budget of 12k. Otherwise, Panasonic comes with a memory card support up to 32GB and a quad core processor from unknown manufacturer.

Nokia has launched the Nokia X in India officially at Rs. 8,500. The Nokia X goes on sale in India on 10th March 2014 and the X+ and XL will be launched in India before May 2014.

Well we got one more proof that @evleaks is never wrong. Nokia today at the first day of MWC, 2014 which is an annual press event held in the global mobile capital Barcelona, Spain announced the first Android smartphone the Nokia X. At the press event along with Nokia X, Nokia also announced two more handsets Nokia X+ and Nokia XL which have some improvements from the parent model that is the Nokia X with a hike in the pricing.

Sony announced Xperia E1 in India along with dual SIM variant price INR 9490 and INR 10490

Sony has announced Sony Xperia E1 affordable smartphone in Indian smartphone market along with a dual SIM variant of the smartphone too. The Sony Xperia E1 will goes on sale on March 25 while Sony Xperia E1 dual will be available from 10 March in Indian market. The smartphone has pretty decent specifications at this price point. Both comes with a Dual core processor from Snapdragon and Android 4.3 Jelly Bean operating system. The smartphone’s design is similar to the Sony Xperia M and has same Walkman buttons too on sides. At the back there is a Sony logo along with Xperia logo at bottom. The smartphone is announced in Black, White and Purple color. The smartphone was announced in January this year and Sony has confirmed it now.

MWC 2014 – Sony Xperia M2 Hands on Review and comparison with Xperia M

Sony Xperia M2 is the successor of Sony’s most popular mid-range smartphone Sony Xperia M. The Sony Xperia M launched last year in June. The smartphone was the best mid-range device until Moto G launched. It has premium smartphones features like NFC and other premium apps from Sony that was only available in premium devices of Sony. Now at Mobile World Congress 2014, Sony launched the bumped up version of Sony Xperia M with a better processor, camera and screen size. The smartphone looks very good, it’s much larger now with 4.8-inch display and there is an 8-megapixel camera at back and there is a front facing VGA camera as well. There are three touch capacitive buttons on display same as Sony Xperia M. on top there is a 3.5mm audio jack. There is a micro USB port on the side. And there is standard metallic finish power button on the side as well. This time with Xperia M2 Sony has made flaps to cover SIM card slot as well as memory card slot. Speaker mesh is at the bottom of the smartphone.
