The Indian handset makers seem to have taken an oath to dominate every aspect of the mobile and tablet market India. Be it the 7 inch tablets or the 10 inch tablets, they’re gearing up to spoil the party of the iPads and the Galaxy Tabs. Videocon, the trusted electronics maker in India just announced their arrival in the budget Android mobile market and as promised at the mobile launch, have announced their 10.1 inch tablet which is on sale now.
The VT10 tablet features a 10.1 inch screen as the name suggests and the screen has a resolution of 1280×800 pixels and is priced at a meager Rs.11,200. It features a 1.5 GHz Dual Core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor which is the most noteworthy feature of the tablet. They’ve used a Qualcomm chipset instead of the budget Mediatek chipset like their competitors and usage of this chipset alone makes it the leader of the pack.
