Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 To Be Price Under Rs. 10,000

Samsung is all set to rival the computing giants all over the world in the budget tablet offering segment and as far as India is concerned, they might just start the onslaught from India. Samsung is planning to launch the 7-inch Galaxy Tab 3 for a Micromax and Karbonn rivaling price of under Rs. 10,000 or as the world would get it, for $149. The tablet will be pitted against the likes of the Asus MeMo pad and Acer Iconica B1 on the global frontier.

Samsung will be launching the 7 inch budget tablet at the MWC 2013 most probably and it will come Android 4.1 Jelly Bean out of the box. Samsung launched the previous generation of the tablet at the MWC in 2012 which makes it the perfect place to launch the product this year as the tablet has had a life cycle of a complete year. The Galaxy Tab 3 is expected to be on the shelves all over the world by June 2013.

Samsung Galaxy SIII Mini On Sale In India In Grey Markets At Rs. 18,000

Samsung Galaxy SIII mini, the budget and smaller variant of the record breaking Samsung Galaxy SIII is now available in India. Samsung officially has not launched in India yet but the device is available from the grey market for around Rs. 18,000.

Samsung Galaxy SIII mini measures 121.6 x 63 x 9.9 mm and weighs in at 111.5 g. It features a 4-inch Super AMOLED display with a WVGA resolution of 480×800 pixels running on a 1Ghz NovaThor U8420 processor with 1GB RAM. The device comes in 16GB and 32GB models with expandable storage up to 32GB via a microSD card slot. The smart phone runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and is powered by a 1500 mAh battery. Apart from the above mentioned features, this handset comes loaded with sensors for accelerometer, gyro, proximity and compass.

Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini Gets Android Jelly Bean 4.1.2 Premium Suite

Samsung Galaxy Note II “Incredible Art Piece” World Record Breaking Attempt

Samsung Mobile India has launched an initiative to beak the Guinness World Record for most artists contributing to a single art. This Incredible Art Piece was campaign was announced in New Delhi India on 23rd Nov 2012. To kick start this artistic record, popular artists duo Thukral and Tagra contributed their first art piece for this campaign online using the Samsung Galaxy Note II. Also popular Bollywood actress Genelia D’Souza Deshmukh also participated in the campaign. The present world record is held by Great Britain with 201,958 contributions which was established in UK in April 2012.
